15 and 16 June
Year 10 to 13 students will work directly with Woodruffe in a hands-on painting workshop, creating narratives of how we move through life - our invisible thoughts, dreams, and emotions, and our relationships with others. Abstract painting seeks to reveal our interior worlds, and colour is a sensation which acts directly on our emotions. From bright, active yellows to deep, reflective blues, it can be used to describe the intricate and expansive range of wheako whaiaro (personal experience).
This is a fabulous opportunity for senior students to collaborate directly with a nationally-recognised practising artist. Classes are limited, so book early to ensure you don’t miss out.
