Curated by Roy Dunningham and Bronwyn Thorp, this exhibition delves into some of the private collections in Hawke's Bay, to bring us diverse, dynamic works from New Zealand artists. Acquiring works as they were produced, without the benefit of hindsight, these treasured pieces mix with personal stories as the collector becomes an integral part of the the arts ecology.
