Early Childhood Education

All of our Early Childhood Education Programmes at Te Whare Toi o Heretaunga foster young children to feel comfortable and confident in the gallery environment - through tours and hands-on activities.

We take inspiration from current exhibitions, the environment and our wider community. We ensure creativity is encouraged through a diverse range of materials and practices. The process, as well as the work, is shared and celebrated.

We're focused on providing a place for like-minded educators and parents to come together and create a sense of community and connectedness. We are always open to supporting you with other arts projects so don’t hesitate to get in touch with your big ideas.

To book any of these programmes, please complete our Gallery Education booking form.
