JUNIOR CURATORS: EAST 2020
Available from Monday 23 November
Bring your students along to a tour of EAST 2020, and explore the gallery spaces. We will examine different local artists, as well as different mediums and approaches to contemporary art. We will also think about what it takes to curate a contemporary art exhibition!
In the gallery classroom, students will learn how art galleries use artwork, text and creativity to tell stories in exhibitions. Students will become junior curators and create their own mini exhibitions - develop a theme and concept, choose and create artworks, and display these around the classroom!
If you would like to make an enquiry or booking, please contact Kelsey on 027 332 5496, or via email.
