Years 1-13 will thoroughly enjoy the wonder of Olafur Eliasson’s amazing collectivity project. Students will be given time at the table to build and create as well as workshop time to encourage students to explore their personal responses to art works and increase their understanding of Eliasson’s project.

Visits will be tailored to suit your class needs including:

  • Time at the table to build.
  • Short talk about the artist Olafur Eliasson and his work.
  • Hands-on activity inspired by Eliasson's work Panoramic Awareness Pavilion 2013 - Students use coloured film, making a panoramic frame to view the world outside the gallery. Students will explore and learn about the colour spectrum, shifting appearances, coloured shadow, transparency, framing and colour perception. Approx. 30 minutes.
